• Bilingual in English and Spanish with clear communication.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or office work preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must meet licensing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide service to existing policyholders and resolve routine questions or concerns.
• Update and maintain customer insurance policies accurately.
• Answer questions about billing, payments, invoices, policy changes, and account information.
• Identify opportunities to discuss and offer additional insurance products that may benefit customers.
• Transition conversations from service needs to sales opportunities in a helpful, consultative manner.
• Assist with basic claims-related questions and guide customers through the initial claims process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, policy updates, payments, and service requests.
• Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
