You will work with agency-provided leads, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships while pursuing sales goals.

You'll receive training, mentorship, and support to grow in the insurance industry, with a path toward leadership and potential ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers via agency-provided leads, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other available insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer coverage.
• Manage an organized sales pipeline and track customer interactions using agency systems.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuously developing your skills.
