Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Motivation to grow professionally and financially.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, outbound calls, and consistent follow-up.
• Communicate confidently with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and ask for the sale.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service and ongoing communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer coverage.
• Manage a sales pipeline and track interactions in agency systems.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while developing skills.
