Job summary

Farmers Insurance District 04 is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional to build a long-term career in insurance. You will help families and business owners, build trust in the community, and grow toward agency leadership opportunities, supported by training and coaching.

You will work with an established Farmers agency, receive sales and product training, and learn how agencies grow through service, referrals, marketing, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required (Or we can guide you to getting licensed).
• Life & Health license a plus.
• Sales, customer service, banking, mortgage, real estate, or insurance background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand insurance options for auto, home, life, business, and related products.
• Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and build referral relationships.
• Support Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients with professionalism and care.
• Participate in training, licensing support, and sales coaching.
• Learn agency systems, customer service, retention, and local marketing.
• Work toward measurable sales and activity goals.

Farmers Insurance District 04 is growing and seeking a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people matter just as much.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Compensation
