Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Agency Producer in California to sell Farmers Insurance products and service clients in person. It is a full-time, on-site role focused on building relationships and growing the book of business.

Compensation is based on experience level and licenses obtained, with base salary plus commission. Licensing within 3 months is required if not already held, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• Active California Insurance License preferred in Personal lines, Commercial or Life/Health.
• If no license, must obtain within 3 months of employment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
• Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select appropriate coverage.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications and policy changes accurately.
