Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and processes.
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Active insurance licensing preferred or willingness to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Connect with English- and Spanish-speaking customers using agency-provided leads, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Communicate confidently with customers in English and Spanish.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, address objections, and close sales.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other available insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer coverage.
• Manage an organized sales pipeline and track customer interactions using agency systems.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while developing skills.
