Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking Sales Agents to join our team in California. We offer fully paid training, licensing support (fees, renewals), and a base hourly pay with commission potential.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and you must be able to obtain the necessary insurance license. This full-time role involves in-person and phone-based customer service, identifying client needs, processing policy changes, and generating sales from company-provided leads and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo background checks.
• Willingness to travel to other office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and leads provided by the company.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
