Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Delano, CA is seeking motivated Sales Agents for a full-time role. You will provide exceptional service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, process policy changes and renewals, and generate sales from leads and outreach.

Training is fully paid, no prior insurance experience required, and licensing costs are covered. The position offers an hourly base pay with commission and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Customer service experience preferred; sales or insurance experience helpful.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
