Pronto Insurance is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our growing network in California. You will provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.

You will also process policy changes, renewals, and payments, while generating sales from interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads. We provide fully paid training, licensing support, and a clear pathway to licensing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
