Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to obtain and maintain the required insurance license; licensing costs covered.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing materials and building relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and underwriting guidelines.
• Travel to other office locations within the region when needed.
