Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that meet their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payments reminders, promotions, and lead follow-ups.
• Support local marketing and community relationship building.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits.
