Job summary

Farmers Insurance Group in Saint Peter, MN is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to be the primary contact for clients seeking guidance on their insurance needs. You will resolve inquiries, explain policy options, and support customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, processing policy changes and renewals, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the agency

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Licensing: ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate policy information and resolving inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and contingency resolutions to ensure seamless coverage.
• Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on client needs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the agency management system.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
