Christian Durand - State Farm Agent Team Member in Silver Spring is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Account Representative. You will be the primary contact for customers, answering questions, servicing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend State Farm products and services.

This is a full-time role with strong emphasis on relationship building and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.
