Job summary

ELITE TRUCK ACCESSORIES LLC is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet walk-in and phone customers, determine needs, and recommend truck parts. You will process sales, demonstrate products, and provide technical explanations while staying current on new product developments.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is required; MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook) and basic keyboarding

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; further education/experience in Sales is a plus
• Previous sales experience is a plus but training provided
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential
• Positive attitude with focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn products, policies, procedures, and trucking industry basics
• Detail-oriented, focused, driven, and a self-starter
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; keyboarding skills required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test incl. marijuana screening
• Bilingual Spanish / English conversational fluency required

• Recommends and assists customers with products
• Processes sales and other transactions as needed

• Arranges services/delivery and coordinates with warehouse
