Job summary

Fence Specialties LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This role focuses on assisting walk-in customers and answering incoming calls, recommending fencing products, preparing quotes and orders, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable taking initiative to grow existing accounts and develop new customer

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently follow up with customers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales and order-entry systems.
• Experience in building materials or wholesale distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and handle incoming calls, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate fencing materials, hardware, and accessories.
• Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and invoices while providing information on pricing, product availability, and delivery.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and meet customer needs.
• Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify new business opportunities through customer interactions, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, installers, and residential customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other internal teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain product knowledge and work toward established sales goals.
