Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new software applications and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries for estimates and quotes.
• Provide professional, cheerful customer service and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Source new customers and follow up on leads to build the book of business.
• Achieve sales goals through identifying needs, market analysis, and proactive outreach.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and delivery teams and assist with campaigns to drive revenue.
