Fence Direct Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to manage the front office and be the first contact for homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients. You will convert inbound inquiries, handle phone and walk-in leads, and pursue new business during downtime.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, strong math and measurement skills, and proficiency with common office software and CRM systems.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a strong sales environment; home improvement or building trades is a plus.
• Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish with professional vocabulary and grammar.
• Strong mathematical skills for estimating fencing materials and perimeters.
• Ability to read a tape measure precisely and explain dimensions to customers.
• Proficient with standard office software and customer databases; quick to learn estimation systems.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality; proactive outbound calling when front desk is quiet.

Responsabilidades

• Front Office Lead Management: greet walk-in customers and handle calls with a consultative approach.
• Proactive Outbound Sales: follow up on quotes, re-engage past clients, and reach out to contractors.
• Accurate Estimating & Estimation Support: compute material measurements and pricing for fencing jobs.
• Data Management: log customer info, track pipeline, and process orders in company systems.
