This role focuses on handling price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, supporting the Outside Sales team, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
