Job summary

Cameron Ashley Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth across insulation, roofing, gypsum, and siding within designated territories. You will engage new and existing customers, process orders and quotes, and help expand our market footprint with consultative sales and product knowledge.

The role requires 1-3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with outbound calls.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the building products industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to build relationships.
• Make outbound sales including cold calls.
• Sell Core 4 Product Categories – Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum, and Siding.
• Develop growth strategies and manage relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and handle quotes, orders, and confirmations.
