Cameron Ashley Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to grow sales across insulation, roofing, gypsum, and siding. You will contact new and existing customers, process orders and quotes, and collaborate with the sales team to expand our market footprint.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, are customer-focused, and comfortable with occasional travel. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with outbound calling or cold calling.
• Experience in building products or construction industry helpful.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to build relationships.
• Hunt for new business and make outbound sales calls.
• Sell core product categories and manage quotes and orders.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
• Collaborate with sales team to grow market share.
