Ideal candidates bring front-line customer service and sales experience, with knowledge of building materials. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and you will learn extensive product information to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with building materials is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow up with customers, vendors, team, and management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product info and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
