Job summary

JobSquad is seeking an Inside Sales Rep in Hialeah, FL to deliver outstanding customer service while pursuing sales opportunities and driving revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service or inside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong MS Office/CRM skills. The role starts as a 40-hour temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent after a 4–5 month probation period.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
• Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing customers
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Prepare and deliver product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Support promotional campaigns and outbound sales initiatives
• Maintain pipeline and update sales activities in CRM Reports to the CSD Lead.
• Ensuring superior customer service is always delivered to all customers both externally and internal.
• Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Position will start as a temporary (40 hrs/week) role under a temporarily assignment and will move to a Permanent position after the probation period of approximately 4-5 months after completion.
• Must be able to keep up with the daily KPIs set forth for the department (orders, return credits, coop claims, etc.).
• This role will expose key individuals to most business principles (Supply Chain, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Accounting, International Business and Inside Sales).
• Must be able to work on a computer for 8 hours a day while answering 100’s of emails, phones calls MUST HAVE intermediate to expert understanding of Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, etc.).
• This position requires the ability to execute data entry of sales orders, coop claims, and return credits from customers both internal and external.
• This position also requires the customer service rep to execute a great deal of follow-up with the customers and sales reps.
• Position will also require the individual to work on special projects with other departments, such as Marketing, Accounting and Sales.
• Experience operating in an EDI environment is a plus, as well as experience having worked on e-commerce projects.
• Ensure that all transactions that affect the branch inventory and accounts receivable are processed accurately.
• Will be required to be proficient in managing accounts, customers, processes and systems.
• Work with other departments on sales, marketing and supply chain initiatives.
• Authorize and ensure validity of customer Returns, Coop Claims, Credits, Check requests and Purchase Orders.
• Experience with SAGE, ALTEC and/or other customer planning systems a plus.
