Job summary

Classic Metals Suppliers is seeking a motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative for our Hialeah/Opa Locka branch. This hybrid role handles inbound and outbound sales, nurtures client relationships, and delivers exceptional service in English and Spanish, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will manage inquiries, process orders, send quotes, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
• Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on cold and warmth leads to new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
