Accurate Personnel is hiring a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative for our client in Hialeah, FL. This role balances high-volume customer support with inside sales, managing inquiries, lead generation, and daily order entry across multiple departments.

Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly, with Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in high-volume customer service or inside sales.
• Experience with EDI, e-commerce, SAGE, or ALTEC systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume daily calls and emails while maintaining service quality
• Identify up-selling, cross-selling, and lead generation opportunities to meet sales targets
• Process sales orders, return credits, co-op claims, and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and detailed customer reports

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN HIALEAH, FLORIDA

Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our client in Hialeah, FL. This individual will be responsible for balancing high-volume customer support with active inside sales handling client inquiries, driving cross-selling and lead generation, and managing daily order entry across multiple departments (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and Supply Chain). The ideal candidate will have two to three years of customer service, data entry or inside sales experience.

• Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume daily calls and emails while maintaining excellent service quality

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Two to three years in high-volume customer service, data entry, or inside sales
• Intermediate-to-expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access) and CRM/order-processing software
• Strong multi-tasker, highly detail-oriented, and capable of hitting daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EDI, e-commerce, SAGE, or ALTEC systems
