Sherwin-Williams in Duluth, MN is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for Store 3223. You’ll work with wholesale and retail customers to assess needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while aiming for top satisfaction and sales goals.

The role involves handling in-person and phone inquiries, processing transactions accurately, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries as needed. A strong focus on customer service and product knowledge is required, with a preference for

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a “meets expectations” rating and completed HR eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
