Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Bilingual In-Home Therapist to join our growing team. You will provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required, along with a Master’s degree and 1–2 years of experience with multicultural families and children. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home/community setting preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• ABA training beneficial and desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet access required for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
