Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience and educates customers on available financial options.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations and refers to branch staff when appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement to position PNC products and educate on digital tools.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately.
