Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct thoughtful intake conversations.
• Build trust and explain consultation, engagement, and next-step options.
• Own the sales process from initial contact through signed engagement agreements.
• Follow up consistently and ensure smooth handoffs with attorneys and staff.
• Maintain clear CRM notes and keep pipeline activity moving.
• Meet activity, consultation, and enrollment goals while upholding firm values.
