New Frontier Immigration Law in Phoenix/Glendale, AZ seeks a bilingual immigration paralegal to support complex removal defense and family-based petitions. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience.
• Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.
• Experience preparing clients for Individual Calendar Hearings.
• Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supervising or mentoring support staff.
• Proficiency with legal case management systems (Filevine preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix and Glendale locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of family-based and removal defense matters.
• Prepare and file immigration applications including I-589, I-42B, and bond requests.
• Support attorneys in removal proceedings and USCIS matters.
• Draft detailed declarations, particularly for asylum cases.
• Gather, analyze, and organize evidence for court filings.
• Assist attorneys in preparing clients for interviews and hearings.
• Track and meet all critical deadlines.
• Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence with precision and clarity.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain clear communication with clients.
