Job summary

New Frontier Immigration Law seeks an experienced bilingual Immigration Paralegal to manage a high-volume family-based caseload from intake to resolution. You will work closely with the legal team to prepare and file relief applications, support client interview preparation, and ensure quality and accuracy at every stage of the case.

This remote contract role requires fluent English–Spanish, strong attention to detail, and timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required.
• Proficiency with legal case management systems; Filevine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume family-based immigration caseload from intake through resolution.
• Draft, review, and finalize application packets with supporting evidence and quality control.
• Prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interviews and respond to RFEs promptly.
• Maintain organized case files and communicate clearly with clients.
