Complete Immigration Solutions LLC in Orlando seeks a dedicated Bilingual Immigration Paralegal fluent in English and Spanish to support removal defense, asylum, petition filings, and naturalization processes. You will work with attorneys to prepare filings, conduct research, and gather client documents in a fast-paced legal team.

You will maintain meticulous case files, communicate with clients, and stay updated on evolving immigration laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a legal or immigration-related field.
2+ years of experience as a paralegal in immigration law.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in legal research and case management software.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to provide updates and collect documentation.
Maintain case files and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
