The GEO Group is recruiting for the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) role in the United States. You will provide case management and coordination of services for ISAP participants under the DHS contract.

Responsibilities include intake, documentation, monitoring electronic equipment, translating, and connecting participants with community resources. Local travel to perform home visits is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work in the United States 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains case records; ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientations.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment.
• Coordinates translation services and community resources.
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Reviews service plans and conducts risk/needs assessments.
• Performs home visits and maintains logs and records.
