The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a case management professional to provide Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) services under the DHS contract. The role focuses on comprehensive case management and supervision for participants, with emphasis on adherence to program policies and privacy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, bilingual Spanish, and at least two years in customer service or case management. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case records for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates translation services and connects participants with community resources.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports in compliance with contractual obligations.
