Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive supervision program case management for ISAP participants. The role includes administering program policies, coordinating services, and conducting home visits as required.

Success requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of customer service or case management experience, and fluent Spanish. Travel to client sites and local facilities is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of customer service or case management experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to work with clients and interpret rules and instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Conducts intake and orientation sessions within contract timeframes.
• Monitors compliance with electronic monitoring program and participates in home visits.
• Coordinates translation and community resources for participants.
• Maintains confidential case records and prepares progress reports.
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and client interactions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
