Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated ISAP case manager to join our team in the United States. You will provide intensive case management for participants, conduct intake, coordinate services, and monitor compliance with electronic monitoring equipment.

Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), with strong communication skills and a background in social services or related fields. Travel for home visits may be required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Experience in customer service or case management preferred; familiarity with multicultural clients.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release under DHS contract.
• Develops and maintains case records and service plans; ensures confidentiality.
• Performs intake interviews and orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Coordinates translations and connects participants with community resources.
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Conducts risk/needs assessments and writes progress reports.
• Perform home visits to verify residence; provide emergency counseling as needed.
