BI Incorporated is recruiting for an Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) Case Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee case management from entry to release, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with DHS contracts.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, US citizenship, and the ability to conduct home visits and travel locally. Join a team that partners with DHS/ICE to supervise participants, maintain confidential records, and provide essential community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain client approval to work on contract.
• Must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpret rules and instructions.
• Sound judgment and calm under stress.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving and cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records from entry to release.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment.
• Assist participants with travel documents and capture information.
• Assess English proficiency to determine communication resources.
• Coordinate translation services for participants.
• Connect participants with community resources for basic needs.
• Supervise ISAP participants in company offices.
• Schedule counseling, immigration court appearances, and legal services.
• Coordinate attendance at legal and cultural orientation sessions.
• Review service plans and write progress reports; conduct risk/needs assessments.
• Report program violations promptly.
• Conduct home visits to verify residences.
• Provide emergency counseling as needed.
• Maintain relationships with translation resources in the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
