Sundt Construction is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department and collaborate with Corporate and Regional safety leaders. The role covers events, travel, office operations, and data reporting across Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The position requires at least 5 years in construction or office settings, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role in Morrilton, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction or office environment.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and E1.

Responsibilities

• Arrange events or conferences and manage travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Assist with photocopying, faxing and filing tasks.
• Coordinate courier mail pickup and delivery services (FedEx, UPS).
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards, Excel sheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and graphs.
• Maintain calendars for conference rooms and training events.
• Schedule meetings for the Corporate Safety Director and Regional Safety Directors.
• Manage the Resource Management Staffing Tool.
• Process invoices and review budget material.
• Provide information for OSHA and MSHA reporting.
• Support safety meetings and HS&E training material distribution.
• Transcribe dictation, write letters and memos, and respond to correspondence.
• Update and distribute directories and lists monthly.
