Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the HSE Department and work with the HSE Corporate Director and regional safety leaders to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing dashboards, and handling office tasks in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in construction/office settings, and strong communication and multtasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a construction /office environment.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, PPT, E1.

Responsibilities

• Arrange events or conferences and make travel arrangements as needed.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Assist with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents (agendas), Power Points, graphs, etc.
