Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations in Texas. You will support managers on recruiting, performance management, and employee relations, coaching on actions and documentation.

You will coordinate salaried recruiting, ensure offers follow procedures, and drive new-hire orientation. You will work with Workday and deliver HR training, with a focus on compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience with emphasis on employment, employee relations, and/or benefits.
• 1 year demonstrated leadership experience; supervising employees preferred.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities to ensure completion per company policies and legal requirements.
• Coach managers on performance management actions and document actions.
• Attend and run corrective action sessions and manage follow-up.
• Advise managers on regulations and HR practices for employee matters.
• Coordinate recruitment for salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Ensure offers follow procedures and are entered in Workday.
