Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, or 3 years of related experience.
• Proven HR experience in staffing or professional environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Administer benefits, leave management (FMLA), and workers’ compensation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action
• Utilize HRIS and ATS systems (Paycor) for HR processes and workforce data
• Support training, development, succession planning, and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
• Adapt to changing priorities and lead HR projects as needed
