Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to support staffing across Ohio and Pennsylvania sites. You will act as a brand representative for potential hires, manage high-volume communications, and coordinate the hiring experience from outreach to offers.

You will partner with Operations and HR leaders to maintain staffing pipelines, oversee job fairs, and ensure timely onboarding of frontline employees. Travel to site locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple events and sites.
• Ability to partner with Operations and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for the assigned site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, conduct interviews and extend offers.
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to support regional staffing.
