Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist based in the United States (OH/PA) to join the team. The role partners with Operations and HR to maintain staffing pipelines, enhance the hiring experience, and coordinate job fairs across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, highly organized, and capable of managing high-volume recruiting while representing the brand in front-line interactions with candidates. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and events.
• Organized, detail-oriented with multiple sites/events coordination.
• Experience in frontline recruiting and job fairs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs at sites.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for assigned site/region.
• Plan and run high-volume job fairs and interviews.
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests as needed.
• Travel to regional sites to support staffing.
