Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to serve as a brand representative for potential new hires. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting, coordinating job fairs, and ensuring a strong candidate pipeline across Ohio and Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and capable of partnering with Operations and HR leaders to maintain staffing at site level. Some travel to SBM sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Associate degree or 6 months–1 year related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for the assigned site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, interview and extend offers.
• Conduct background checks and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to support regional staffing.
