Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to act as a brand representative for potential hires, partnering with Operations and HR leaders to maintain a strong site-level staffing pipeline and deliver a world-class hiring experience.

The role will be based out of Ohio or Pennsylvania with travel to active sites to support staffing needs, coordinate job fairs, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required; able to work across site locations.
• Associate degree or 6–12 months related experience required.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruitment strategy for the site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs and extend offers.
• Conduct background checks and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to support regional staffing.
