SBM Management Services, LP in Ohio and nearby states is seeking a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to act as a brand representative for potential hires and support high-volume recruiting across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and able to travel to regional sites. An Associate degree or equivalent experience is required, with a valid driver’s license often preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy for the site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and offers.
• Conduct background checks and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to support regional staffing.
