The role emphasizes in-person collaboration with field teams, candidate outreach in the community, and engaging with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking employees to foster a positive workplace. Starting part-time with growth to full-time.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must be local to West Chester, PA or surrounding area.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR support, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local recruiting efforts for landscape, hardscape, and field operations positions.
• Assist with candidate outreach, phone screens, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
• Help identify local recruiting channels and grassroots hiring strategies.
• Support onboarding for new hires, including paperwork and orientation coordination.
• Assist with HR generalist duties: employee records, policy communication, attendance, documentation.
