Environment Control Southwest Ohio Incorporated in Columbus, OH is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will recruit in the community and online, call, text and email applicants, interview candidates and support onboarding.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy talking to people. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized and reliable; recruiting experience helps but we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone.
• Organized and reliable.
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish).
• Calling, texting, and emailing applicants.
• Interviewing candidates and making job offers.
• Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation.
• Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees.
• Tracking recruiting activity and progress.
