Job summary

District Photo Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Bilingual Recruiter to join our Human Resources team for our busiest hiring period, mid-September through December.

This on-site role demands 40–60 hours per week with phone and in-person interviews, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and hands-on high-volume recruiting support. You will partner with HR and Operations, maintain records, and help manage onboarding while contributing to a fast-paced team environment and successful seasonal staffing

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR, staffing, or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume seasonal positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person candidate interviews.
• Communicate with applicants in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and hiring appointments.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records.
• Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Partner with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals.
• Assist with recruiting events and onboarding activities.
