Job summary

Carolina Poly in the United States is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for production and warehouse roles, leveraging career fairs and multiple sources to attract top talent.

You will manage candidates through our ATS, conduct phone screens and interviews, and extend offers while ensuring compliance with HR practices. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ recruiting experience required with manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must have working knowledge of general Human Resources principles.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office software and applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit talent for production and warehouse positions using multiple resources.
• Agressively recruit the best candidates for a wide range of open positions including general labor/production, warehouse associates and maintenance.
• Interview candidates for open positions.
• Assures completion of all new hire paperwork and notifies department managers of incoming new hires.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support effectiveness of the HR department.

Recruiters are responsible for the full cycle process from start to finish, including but not limited to: reviewing candidates in our ATS, phone screens, face-to-face interviews, developing offers, and new hire paperwork.
