Avis Budget Group is seeking a Bilingual Preboarding Specialist to manage onboarding steps for new hires in Tulsa, OK. You will guide new employees through systems like Workday, Workjam, and UKG, answering questions and ensuring a smooth preboarding experience.

You’ll work both independently and with a team to meet service levels, support compliance, and contribute to HR excellence. English and Spanish are valued, with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education is a plus.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in HR or support.
• Experience with HR systems is a plus;Workday experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication to assist and support new hires.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pre-hire welcome calls with new hires to explain onboarding steps and expectations.
• Process I-9 documentation in Workday, ensuring compliance.
• Assist new hires with accessing Workday, Workjam, and UKG, including login support.
• Review and explain training requirements and timelines.
• Respond to new hire inquiries through a case management system and escalate issues as needed.
• Research and resolve onboarding-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously and prioritize by urgency.
• Maintain compliance across all HR shared service processes and meet SLAs.
